Who am I?

I have spent over 25 years working in the retail industry for blue-chip companies operating in 30 countries. I’ve held manager positions in corporate strategy, finance and marketing, with a focus on consumer insights, investment choices and sales development in growth markets.

As a manager and an expatriate,

I have been working with a range of diverse cultures, and lived with my family in Vietnam, France, China, Indonesia, Taiwan and Malaysia. Fluent in both French and English, and with a wide experience in executive and corporate ecosystems, I enjoy creating and managing global teams.

I come from the world of information, “big data” and knowledge accumulation.

However along the years, I started to focus more on “deep data” and to follow my passion for people development.

I believe in a more Resonant Leadership within global organizations, thanks to Coaching and to our ability to create more Human Moments together.
