Who Am I?
With nearly 30 years of experience in the retail industry, I have worked for blue-chip companies across 30 countries. My managerial positions have spanned corporate strategy, finance, and marketing, emphasizing consumer insights, investment strategies, and sales development in growth markets.
As a manager and expatriate, I have embraced diverse cultures, living with my family in Vietnam, France, China, Indonesia, Taiwan, and Malaysia. I am fluent in both French and English, and my extensive experience in executive and corporate ecosystems allows me to effectively create and manage global teams.
My background is rooted in information, “big data” and knowledge accumulation. However, over the years, I have shifted my focus towards “deep data” and my passion for people development. I advocate for Resonant Leadership within global organizations, leveraging coaching to foster meaningful connections—creating more Human Moments together.
